He also has an indefinite "line of sight" technique that allows him to shoot characters before their turn begins. If Sandy is defeated, Blizzy continues fighting until he is defeated as well. Blizzy normally stays at the back of the battle and deals damage from a distance, while his counterpart, Sandy, usually runs straight into battle.
