In the aforementioned stage, [[Figure Skater Peach]] discovered the Figure Skater Sparkla trapped in an icy cage, guarded by the [[Sour Bunch Figure Skater]]. Peach battles the Figure skater, with the fight weakening the ice cage in the process. After the Figure skater is defeated, the Sparkla is free, but the place starts to fall apart. The two skaters then start their escape.

During the escape, the Figure Skater Sparkla provides snowflake patterns around Peach that enable her to perform more powerful spins than usual. She also assists Peach with crossing large gaps and leaping to higher ground. After a sequence of three consecutive jumps, the two find the exit and escape. Afterwards, the Figure Skater Sparkla can be found on the second floor of the Sparkle Theater, admired by other Theets.

Before the final battle against Grape, all of the Sparklas, including the Figure Skater Sparkla give Princess Peach Sparkle Power to allow her to transform into [[Radiant Peach]]. All of the Sparklas are then seen in the ending where they celebrate with everyone.
