Pretty simple. Head to World 6-4 and at the very beginning, there will be two Prongos. Lead one up over the ledge and stand behind the Wallop. If done correctly, the Prongo will jump and get stuck on top of the Wallop.

I also managed to miss and got the Wallop and Prongo to "merge" with each other *shutters* or caused the Wallop to shove the Prongo off the ledge. 18:51, 11 January 2017 (EST)
