Why does this image need to be reuploaded due to bad quality? It looks fine to me. Tails777 Talk to me!

Case is this, the uploader encountered this on the official site for the U.S. in relation to Mario Kart 7. However, if I'm not mistaken, for most cases when the game itself closes in to be released, the respective PR departments for Nintendo would release the game arts themselves (most, if not all) - and they would be in the better quality itself (higher resolution without pixelation).
