The Flutter Orb is an orb in Mario Party 6. It started out as the Wiggler Capsule in Mario Party 5, where it could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for 40 coins (Twenty to open the capsule and another twenty for the Star). Its effect was that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appeared on a flower asking if the player wanted him to take him/her to the Star. Accepting made Wiggler turn into a Flutter, who flew the player over to the Star Space. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it became an Orb that players could only use on themselves. It cost thirty coins at the Orb Shop. Again, the effect was still the same.
A Flutter Orb (originally called a Wiggler Capsule) is an Orb in Mario Party 5, Mario Party 6, and Mario Party 7.

In Mario Party 5, a Wiggler Capsule can be thrown onto a space on the board, or used on the player for 20 coins. Its effect is that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appears on a flower, asking if the player wants him to take them to the Star Space. If the player says "Yes," Wiggler turns into a Flutter, and he flies them to the Star Space.

Mario Party 6 / Mario Party 7
In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, players can use a Flutter Orb only on themselves. It costs 30 coins at an Orb hut. The effect remains the same. In Mario Party 6, a Flutter Orb can be bought only on Towering Treetop and in E. Gadd's Garage. In Mario Party 7, it can be bought only on Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno!
