The camera pans from the exit door to the players, who all strike a fighting stance one by one. The camera then pans to a bird's-eye view.

The players need to select one of the four block patterns that appear on the right of the screen to traverse over [[lava]]. If two or more players pick the same block pattern, neither of them gets to place it. The same will happen if a player selects a block pattern that does not connect to their block path; though the block pattern will still be applied, it will sink immediately after. The first player(s) to make it to the other side win(s). The minigame ends immediately once any player finishes; players who have not finished are ranked based on how far away they were from the goal. If no player makes it to the goal within five minutes, the minigame will end in a tie.
