In the ''[[Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser]]'' stage [[Find the Invincibility Mushroom!]], the arcade proprietor bribes the minions to retrieve an [[Invincibility Mushroom]] from a dangerous Cave for him. As neither the proprietor nor [[Captain Goomba (Mario & Luigi series)|Captain Goomba]] know what the Invincibility Mushroom looks like, the minions end up accidentally retrieving a Poison Mushroom instead, which is the reason Mario catches Bean Fever.
