It is made by mixing a [[Turtley Leaf]] with [[Dried Pasta]] in ''[[Paper Mario]]'' and [[Fresh Pasta Bunch]] in both ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]'' and ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. When used, it recovers both seven [[Heart Point|HP]] and seven [[Flower Point|FP]] in the first two games, and halves the amount of damage taken for 30 seconds in ''Super Paper Mario''.
