Money Bagrefneeded (originally parsed Moneybag) is a rare item in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. These items hide from Mario from each level and can be found in a ? Block by going into an unusual area Mario doesn't normally enter. Getting this item gives Mario 50 coins.
A Moneybag is an item in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. They appear in ? Blocks and give Mario 50 coins when he obtains one.

Moneybags were originally going to appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2 to serve as the icon for the total coin counter, but they were replaced by three coin piles in the final version.
Money Bags also appear throughout the Mario Party series in various minigames. In most cases, they would award the player 5 coins. Money Bags in the Mario Party series usually have an inscribed coin in the front.

In Wario Land: Shake It!, Money Bags make a reappearance, this time containing more coins as usual and appearing in every single level, except for the boss fights and the Pirate Shop. The player will get 750 Coins by shaking a small money bag, and 1,000 by shaking a big Money Bag. As the player moves on to different continents of the Shake Dimension, the Money Bags increase their quantity of coins, the maximum amount for small ones being 1,750 Coins, and the large ones being worth 3,000. If the player, however, uses a Dash Attack, throws it at an obstacle, such as Spikes, or throws something at it, the Money Bag will only leave one coin, which will either be a Silver or Gold one, and its size will randomly be chosen.
Money Bags originally going to appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2 to serve as the icon for the total coin counter, but was replaced by three stacks of coins in the final.
