It is one of the few islands that surrounds the Ruins [[Giga Bell]]. The island has Mario use an [[Ice Skate]] to traverse a straight-forward course with a bunch of [[Dash Panel]]s and rotating tunnels that run into spiked walls.

==Cat Shine Shard locations==
*Found atop a Cat [[Goomba Tower]] near the first Ice Skate.
*Before the first tunnel area, Mario must jump off a ramp using the Ice Skate and the Dash Panels to reach it.
*Found immediately after the second on the right side of the first tunnel.
*After exiting the first tunnel, Mario should jump off a ramp using the Dash Panels to land on top of the second tunnel, where Mario should avoid falling off to reach the Cat Shine Shard at the end.
*After the second tunnel, there is another ramp with Dash Panels that Mario must jump to reach the Cat Shine Shard.
