It is one of the few islands that surrounds the Ruins [[Giga Bell]]. The island has Mario use an [[Ice Skate]] to traverse a straight-forward course with a bunch of [[Dash Panel]]s and rotating tunnels that run into spiked walls.

*Found before the first tunnel area, with a ramp Mario must jump off using the Ice Skate and the Dash Panel or glide using [[Tanooki Mario]] to reach it.
*Found immediately after the second Cat Shine Shard on the left side of the first tunnel.
*Found after exiting the first tunnel, with a ramp Mario should jump off using the Dash Panels to land on top of the second tunnel, where Mario should avoid falling off to reach the Cat Shine Shard at the end.
*Found after the second tunnel, with another ramp with Dash Panels that Mario must jump off to reach the Cat Shine Shard.
