Super Bees[1] are enemies appearing in the arcade version of Donkey Kong 3. When a Buzzbee steals one of Stanley's flowers, it turns into a Super Bee. Super Bees gain an increase in speed and dive-bomb Stanley. However, they are no more enduring than the standard enemies, as like the standard enemies, they can be defeated simply by shooting them with the Sprayer. When they are defeated, they drop the flower they were attempting to steal.
In Donkey Kong 3: Dai Gyakushū, Buzzbees transform into Super Bees when they are sprayed once. In this game, they still shoot darts. Being sprayed a second time defeats them.
