:As far as I'm aware, the policy is to use the most recent official English name unless none is available, so I don't know why this would be at a non-English name to begin with if an English one exists. The template at the top likewise states that "If an official name from an English source is found, the article should be moved to its appropriate title". The article does not mention a source that says this. It seems to be an assumption based on the differences in appearance/slight difference in attack properites, but as far as I can tell that's their only difference, and it's not like other enemies didn't get design tweaks in SMW. :The enemy has different (and, in my opinon, more annoying) behavior, but only translations have drawn a link to the original enemy. Still, there's probably no harm in considering it derived or related. It's a very similar concept, and the known Japanese name only comes from ''Encyclopedia Super Mario Bros.'' a quarter-century later.
