Recently [http://sourcegaming.info/2016/10/01/ask-wario-from-wario-land-4s-japanese-website-part-3/ a three-part translation] emerged, which translates the [https://www.nintendo.co.jp/n08/awaj/heya/answer03.html Wario interview] seen on the official Japanese ''Wario Land 4'' gamepage. According to the translation, one question is relayed to [[Arewo Shitain-hakase]], instead of Wario. And this particular line was stated:

As far as I know, this is the only source which officially confirms that [[Mad Scienstein]] and Arewo Shitain-hakase are the same character (although it can be inferred anyway through their near-identical appearance).

A merge would allow all three varying appearances of the character (the first being in the 1992 game ''[[wikipedia:Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru|Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru]]'', as confirmed [https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Ca-6FtUUUAAVAVC.jpg here]) to be linked together and presented in one "History" section. But I'm hesitant to go and merge the articles without a consensus. And perhaps there is another factor to consider that I didn't think of, or another source out there which states something different,

:As I stated in the proposal, I'd rather have confidence in the merge through a proper consensus. And it's a good chance to allow for any valid opposals, because I'm not very familiar with the character outside of ''Wario Land 4'', and I am also not informed about what any ''Wario Land 3'' sources say about the alternately named character.

-The image used to show him in Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru is edited and should be replaced with an unedited one. You can tell it's edited because the character to the right of the doctor is not supposed to be there and he never appears there in the game. It's been edited to put him there, and the text may have been edited as well.

-The Wario Land 4 section of this article consistently refers to him as Arewo Shitain-hakase, this would mean he was called that in english in some source if i am thinking correctly, so shouldn't this page be moved to Arewo Shitain-hakase? His only real appearance afterwards was Nintendo Puzzle Collection, which never even released outside Japan.
