'''Tsuriuo''' are creatures that oppose [[Wario]] in ''[[Wario Land II]]''. They appear as land-lurking, humanoid fish that carry fishing rods. Since they lack the ability to actually hurt Wario, they can be considered as obstacles, rather than enemies. Their occupation during the game is to catch Wario with their fishing rods and pull him up to an upper level. To do this, they use a fake [[coin]] as a decoy that can easily be confused with a regular coin. However, the fake coin is of a different color. Since they lack any form of attack, Tsuriuo can safely be defeated by simply attacking them.  

Tsuriuo are rare enemies and only appear in two levels of the game, namely in [[Get to Maze Woods|stage 3-1]] and in an alternate version of [[Defeat the Giant Spear Man (5-1)|stage 5-1]].

A Tsuriuo makes a cameo in ''[[Picross NP]] Vol.7''.
