It's not officially named that in most official Nintendo publications. It's almost always consistently referred to as ''Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U,'' and even the director stated that those two count as two different games; despite having the same roster of fighters between 3DS and Wii U. As a wiki, we are against adding fan-made material (e.g. fangames, fan-fiction, etc.), so adding Super Smash Bros. 4 for pages does not make it look official that much, if at all.
