Well, an IP adress is simply a number that identify every computer connected to the internet. In this wiki, patrollers and sysops can see the user's IP(check the user's right) and see if he/she has the same one as another user, if this is the case, then the two users use the same computer. And they may be the same person, and this is called sockpupeting, however, since you're brothers, then there is no problem I guess. That's all I can say about it!{{User:Mr bones/sig}}
