Swimming through the first opening, Mario can break many Brick Blocks to get a + Clock. In the second opening, Mario is taken by a stream to the Checkpoint Flag. Then, he must swim inside a U-shaped hollow, where are four Spike Eels and a single Porcu-Puffer. Mario will reach inside a dry area with a Warp Pipe, a Piranha Plant and Crates. ===World 7-4===
Overview
Mario starts on a metal platform. After making it across some gears, he should jump across a swinging platform and three moving platforms circling before going into Mega Mole infested tunnels. After that, a warp box will take Mario to the midpoint flag. Then after another gear, there will be four L-shaped platforms, one at the bottom left having a red ring on it. The L-shaped platform at the top left will lead to two more metal platforms, then there is another L-shaped platform and then there are those three circling platforms that take the player up to the flagpole.

Star Medals
*Star Medal 1: After taking the swinging platform, the player should climb up the left side of the pole and jump off to grab the medal.
*Star Medal 2: Right after exiting the Mega Mole filled tunnels, the player should carefully wall jump to reach this medal. They can also hop off the Mega Mole to reach it.
*Star Medal 3: The player should stay on the end of one of the moving L-shaped platforms after the checkpoint to reach this medal.

World 7-5
Overview
The level is a wood platform-based area, with several Grinders to slice the wood apart and potentially harm the player. The beginning point is on a wooden platform; on one end is a platform leading to the next wooden platform, and next to it is a platform with a Grinder ready to slice it off. After crossing several individual wooden platforms, the player reaches a cluster of them, with several Grinders and Goombas. The player must then cross through a pass composed of three wooden platforms about to be sliced off to get to one large wooden platform. Next to this is a wooden platform that rotates around to reach another platform, with several Grinders set at various points to chop off a segment of the platform. The next platform is followed by a cluster of wooden platforms with several Grinders to cut off each area of the platform. On the platform connected to this is the Midway Flag, and after crossing several wooden platforms to be cut off by Grinders, the player reaches a grassy platform. Afterward is a wooden platform traveling along a straight path, with several Grinders to cut off segments of the platform and poles to stop each segment and send it to the ground; there are also Paragoombas and some spikes. Afterward is a grassy platform with a wooden platform staircase and the Flagpole.

Star Medals
*Star Medal 1: The first medal is found near the beginning of the level, where a Grinder is starting to cut the piece of wood the medal is on.
*Star Medal 2: Just like the first medal, the next medal is found near a few Tail Goombas, on a piece of wood that is being cut by a Grinder.
*Star Medal 3: At the end of the level, the player will be riding a big slab of wood, which will be cut into 7 pieces. The player should stay on the leftmost piece to grab the medal.

7
Overview
The level starts on an airship. The player must then cross a rotating platform to reach another airship segment, then must cross two more to reach another segment. Following this is a series of rotating platforms, with a Magikoopa appearing to attack the player. Another airship segment and several more rotating platforms are after this. On these rotating platforms are spikes and wooden cutout Goombas, as well as Magikoopas. On the airship after this is a Warp Pipe guarded by two Rocky Wrenches; one throws wrenches, and the other, who is in the pipe, throws Bob-ombs. Down the pipe is the boss room, which contains both Boom Boom and Pom Pom. The pipe that appears after defeating them leads the player to an airship with a green + Clock and the flagpole.

Star Medals
*Star Medal 1: The first medal is found at the start of the level, near the edge of a moving cylinder.
*Star Medal 2: The second medal is found on a moving red, hexagonal platform. A Magikoopa will appear when the player gets close to the treasure.
*Star Medal 3: Before entering the pipe to fight Boom Boom and Pom Pom, the player should go to the top of the airship, where the final medal is found moving in conjunction with a rotation platform.
