Stardust Battle is a Rare mini-game found in Mario Party 3. The player has to dodge as many star meteors as possible(there star meteors look red with a flame behind them). Once they've hit the ground and cooled off(now they look blue with no flame), the player must grab one of them and throw it at the Millennium Star. Every 2 hits, the Millennium Star will change the layout of the playfield to make it harder. The layout at the begginning of the game is normal floor with a checkerd pattern. Then it changes to a goop floor that makes it harder to move acroos the floor. The last layout is an ice floor that makes it slippery and harder to change directions. It takes 6 hits to the Millennium Star wins the battle. The player can earn this mini-game by completing Story Mode. This mini-game is one of the three rare mini-games the player can obtain.
