The objective of the game for the single player is to knock the other players off of the whale-blimp that they are standing on. This is done by shooting lightning bots down at them from his or her cloud-hovercraft machine. The three players can also be knocked off by the spikes that constantly come out from inside the blimp. All the three players have to do to win is survive for a certain amount of time. However, during nighttime, the lone player is standing on the blimp while the three players are riding the clouds, and the roles are reversed. However, the conveyor belt does not move at night and thus, no spikes appear.
This minigame differs between day and night. In the day version, the solo player attempts to defeat the three players by dropping lightning out of his or her cloud vehicle. The players must do this while running on a moving conveyer belt that also has spiked popping out of the ground. Lightning that hits the ground also remains for a few seconds before disappearing.

In the night version, the game is reversed: the single player must avoid the lightning dropped by the three players. The conveyer belt is also unactivated at night, and, as such, no spikes appear.

The player(s) piloting cloud vehicles are standing outside of them. The winner(s) then preform their victory animations.

Template:Minigame-infobox Conveyor Bolt is a 1-vs.-3 minigame found in Mario Party 6. Its name is a pun on "conveyor belt".

Introduction

The view first shows the vehicles the players are competing on before zooming into the one specifically for the minigame. The player(s) on the cloud machine then drop(s) a lightning bolt.

Gameplay

This minigame differs between day and night. In the day version, the solo player attempts to defeat the three players by dropping lightning out of his or her cloud vehicle. The players must do this while running on a moving conveyer belt that also has spiked popping out of the ground. Lightning that hits the ground also remains for a few seconds before disappearing.

In the night version, the game is reversed: the single player must avoid the lightning dropped by the three players. The conveyer belt is also unactivated at night, and, as such, no spikes appear.

Ending

The player(s) piloting cloud vehicles are standing outside of them. The winner(s) then preform their victory animations.
