Welcome Template
I have already informed you of this once. Your welcome template is completely unnecessary. First, it's against the rules. Second, if someone doesn't already have a welcome template on their talk page, they will automatically get one via a wiki bot. - Seems you didn't read the second part of my message. There is no need to add any sort of welcome template to talk pages. Once a user makes an edit, they automatically get a welcome message.
