A Turtley Leaf is a special tea leaf that grows besides Mayor Kroop's house in Petalburg during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It restores 3 FP but many of them can come in handy at Shhwonk Fortress.
It reappears in Super Paper Mario with a much more useful ability: reducing damage taken by ½ for a short time.
