Template:Location-infobox Evershade Valley is the main area in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon in which Luigi searches for the Dark Moon pieces to return peace to the valley. This is also where E. Gadd went to study ghosts sometime after the events of Luigi's Mansion. The Dark Moon is located above the valley, which causes all of the ghosts living in the valley to be friendly. With this, E. Gadd obtains the help of the ghosts from the various mansions in the valley for his study. One night, King Boo destroys the Dark Moon and scatters it across the valley to the various mansions. With the moon gone, the ghosts become hostile, and Luigi is brought to the valley to capture the ghosts and restore peace to the valley.

The valley itself is separated by different areas, with each containing a mansion with ghosts inside. Each piece of the Dark Moon is sent to one of these mansions.
