The Mario Brothers Clog Cleaning is a product the Mario brothers show in "The Marios Fight Back" an episode in the Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. It is dust in a bottle that is used to plumb.
It is used by Mario and Luigi to help them fix a sink. However the Mario Brothers Clog Cleaning did not fix the sink so the brothers tried the Mario Brothers Plant Food, which got a monster out of the sink, fixinmg the sink.
