Skipper is a character from the Game Boy Advance game Mario Tennis: Power Tour. He holds the fourth rank in the Varsity Class Doubles at the Academy. He is a defensive-type character, able to return hard to reach shots and has better reach and speed than most players. His doubles partner is initially Flit, but over the process of the game, he changes to Roy, who was previously partners with Emi. His power shots are shared with that of Paula's, with his Offensive Power Shot being the Tackle Shot, and his Defensive Power Shot being the Lunging Save, further enhancing his defensive capabilities.
