Mowz are gray versions of Little Mousers that have decided to become robbers. In Mario Party 8 one Mowz rides the Shy Guy's Perplex Express and is seen on a random wagon.
This Mowz stole Holly Koopa's candy, and when landing on a ? Space (it's one of the ones above the train) a Shy Guy will come and tell the character the incident. Then he'll tell the character the suspect. Bandit can also be the one that stole the candy but some times it will be the Mowz.
