World 1 is the first set of stages in Yoshi's Island DS. Yoshi has to clear this world before advancing to the next ones. As the first world, most stages are easy levels. The Burt Bros. and Gilbert the Gooey are in charge of this world.

Hit the M Blocks: Many M Blocks appear in this level. Baby Mario has to hit them.
