Quote

I have played the Gamecube version of DKJB, and the bosses do not speak at all. Is the quote actually heard in-game (perhaps in the Wii version), or was it made up? Fawfulfury65

Possible merger?

I just discovered that both Cactus and Ghastly Kings are infact the same Kong going by the name in Japan: Final Kong.--Tailikku1 (talk) 15:38, 7 March 2015 (EST)

I agree. We should merge them. YoshiCookie (talk) 10:15, 10 December 2015 (EST)

The names are different in English, although they have the same name and stage title in Japanese (ファイナル コング (Final Kong) & 覇王降臨 (はおうこうりん - The Overlord Cometh). Adding to this they look, act, and fight exactly the same, and use the exact same theme during the fight. Plus the Wii version only uses Ghastly King in the Kong of the Mountain stage, as if they are the same Kong. I can chalk this up to localizations that are the reason why they seam to be different characters.

"The Ghastly King, though, looked exactly like the Cactus King having no differences except for a few new moves."

While I'm leaning toward merge at this point, any explanation for these different moves and different English names? Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 00:11, 3 October 2015 (EDT)
