Template:Species-infobox Magons[1] are a species of enemies in Wario World, first encountered in Greenhorn Forest. They come in small and large forms; the small ones can be defeated in one punch, and the larger ones take up to three hits. Later on in the game (after Shivering Mountains), punches will only stun them, and an additional move will be required to defeat them. The basic form of a Magon is that of an orange lizard with a spike on its head. As the game advances, Magons will take differently themed forms to fit the theme of the level Wario is currently in. In Greenhorn Forest, Magons cannot attack, but from that point onward, Magons will have a bite and a swipe attack.

Aside from the basic Magons in Excitement Central, Horror Manor has the skeletal form, Wonky Circus has the clown form, Shivering Mountains has the snowman form, Beanstalk Way has the wolf form, Mirror Mansion has the puppet form and Pecan Sands has the mummy form. Each Magon species gradually attacks at a faster rate than the last iteration. The Clowns, Wolves, Puppets and Mummies have an additional tail spin that can stun Wario momentarily. Any large Magon can perform a sliding move that does no damage, but will dislodge any object Wario is carrying.
