Thread (スレッド Sred) is a male golfer in Mobile Golf for the Game Boy Color. Along with Ken, Napple and Lisa, he is one of the four beginning human golfers that the player can pick at the start of the game, similar to the fashion of Mario Golf.
According to his profile on Camelot's Japanese Mobile Golf website, Thread is an intelligent golfing student who practically obsesses with golf. His knowledge on the sport and how to play it is almost flawless, so his skill and technique are very notable. His Mario Golf counterpart would be Joe.
