The K64 from the game Paper Mario.

The K64 is a steam locomotive on the railway lines between Toad Town and the station at Mt. Rugged. In Paper Mario, Mario had to take the train to Mt. Rugged in order to proceed to Dry Dry Desert. However, he first had to destroy a rock blocking the railway lines with Bombette. Mario then was able to frequently use the railways free of charge.

Trivia

  • The machine's name is mentioned on the back of the Toad Town News Flash board after Chapter 1.
  • The name K64 comes from Mario Kart 64. A train similar to this appeared in Kalimari Desert. The background music that plays while riding the train is a remix of the music from Kalimari Desert as well.
