Tuber Tug is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9.

Introduction

The competitors are looking toward their baskets. Then, they turn around and grab the vines, just before the game starts.

Gameplay

The players must pick tubers. To grab the vine, they must hold A Button and B Button. To pull vegetables, they must shake Wii Remote and release the pressed buttons. The players get a point for each vegetable they collect, with the maximum number being 60. The player with the most points after 10 seconds wins.

  • Rules"Pull the vine to pick the vegetables! Move the Wii Remote as fast as you can and fill your basket with the most tubers to win."
  • Controls"Hold the Wii Remote vertically. Hold down A Button and B Button, and shake the Wii Remote up and down. Release A Button and B Button to pick vegetables off the vine."
