Suu[1][2] are spider enemies of the Easton Kingdom found in the game Super Mario Land. They attack by trying to drop on Mario from the ceiling, then immediately move back upwards slowly upon touching the floor. To defeat them, Mario must avoid getting hit on the Suu's descent, then jump or shoot two Superballs at the spider to earn 400 points. Suu only appear in World 3-2 of the Easton Kingdom. Bigbees from Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins acts like a stronger version of Suu. Additionally, a recurring spider enemy named Scuttlebug later uses string and shares a yellow-striped pattern on its abdomen.

In the Super Mario Kodansha manga, Suu appear with Kumos in the Easton Kingdom, being entrusted more than the incompetent moai by Tatanga, much to Hiyoihoi's envy. One of the Suu, Suu-chan, is able to change her form from spider to human and, in the latter form, pretends to help Mario, only to lure him into traps, the first of which is a Suu-infested cave. Later, Hiyoihoi, furious at both the replacement and death of his soldiers, uses a Bullet Biff Gatling gun to shoot at everyone, accidentally killing the Kumos.

In Super Mario-kun, a singular Suu appears in the last chapter of volume 3 alongside other Super Mario Land enemies. It is seen only dangling from the ceiling.
