This minigame consists of players trying to push the other players or CPUs to the tornado. To do this, the player must hit his or her opponents outside of the safe area (the eye of the tornado) by hitting them with a [[hammer]]. The tornado slowly gets smaller as time passes. To win, all the player has to do is to be the last one standing. When and where the hammer hits changes the direction the characters fly when knocked.

The four players are standing in a flower-filled field in a meadow as a [[Tweester]] flies around and creates a tornado that surrounds them.


The background is unique to this minigame. It takes place in a small garden full of purple, pink and orange flowers. In the middle there is a round patch of grass with a yellow star in it. The introduction of the minigame shows the players looking at how a [[Tweester]] comes and a tornado begins.

Twist 'n' Out is a Battle minigame found in Mario Party 5. Its name is a pun on the title of the song "Twist and Shout," which was first recorded by The Top Notes and later popularized by The Isley Brothers and The Beatles.

Introduction[edit]
