Punchy Paddies[1] are enemies in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and its port. These grasshopper-like creatures have small wings, wear a characteristic collar around their neck, and display a grouchy or irritated expression. Punchy Paddies most often appear in the Lost Mangroves levels. They behave similarly to Frogoons from Donkey Kong Country Returns, where they remain in a single spot and jump. Instead of inflating themselves, Punchy Paddies use their wings to temporarily stay airborne before they slowly descend back down.
