The '''Red Sauce Sea''' is a giant sea, located in [[Pyramid Land]] from the ''[[The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!]]'' episode "[[The Ten Koopmandments]]". Though the sea appears to be filled with [[lava]], it is actually filled with red tomato sauce.

This is an obvious reference to the Biblical story of Moses, who called on Yahweh (God) to provide a safe path for the ancient Israelites through the sea. The path was closed when the Pharoah and his Egyptian soldiers arrived, causing them to drown (however in this episode, Koopa didn't drown).

The Red Sauce Sea is a giant sea, located in Pyramid Land from the The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "The Ten Koopmandments". Though the sea appears to be filled with lava, it is actually filled with red tomato sauce.

Mario, Luigi, Toad, Princess Toadstool, and the Mushroom People were being chased by Koop Tut and his Koopa Pack when they came to this sea.
