Usage
This template serves as a reminder to check for a proposal's early close eligibility. If the margin between first and second place hits eight or more votes at any point in the first week, then tag the proposal with this template and keep it there until the early close check. An optional first parameter is the early close check date, i.e. the date one week before the proposal's initial deadline (e.g. November 23).
