The royal gatekeeper from Wario: Master of Disguise
Sprite from Wario: Master of Disguise
First appearance Wario: Master of Disguise (2007)
“Dude! You are SO not getting in. You know who I am? I'm the royal gatekeeper. That is, I keep you OUT. Not just anyone gets in to see the Pharaoh.”
Royal gatekeeper, Wario: Master of Disguise

The royal gatekeeper is a large, sentient stone face from Wario: Master of Disguise. He resides in Poobah the Pharaoh's Pyramid and guards the Pharaoh's room.

Wario meets him during Episode 5. Upon finding him, Wario draws the gatekeeper's ire by repeatedly insulting his appearance, comparing him to a backed-up toilet. The gatekeeper tells Wario that only people who are worthy get to see the Pharaoh. Wario asks him if he wants some money, but the gatekeeper tells him that he has turned away people who are far richer than him. Wario is only allowed through after he finds two royal medallions.
