:Yeah, definitely not all of the comic. Good work on the details, though. <span style="font-family:Kunstler Script; color:#063;"><font size="5">User:Wayoshiayoshi</font></span> TC@ <span class="plainlinks">http://www.mariowiki.com/images/2/24/Wayoshisig.png</span> 16:50, 25 October 2006 (EDT)

I believe scanning every single page from a comic book is an infringment on copyright laws. We can't use every page; only a select few. Read the copyright tag:

It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution images of works of art for critical commentary on the work in question, the artistic genre or technique of the work of art, or the school to which the artist belongs qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. -- Son of Suns

I'm getting these off a website, and there are two or three more that have scans of all them. I'snt it OK if it's just a comic book? Maybe they're in the public domain. I'll check.3dejong

I doubt the comic book is public domain. It is a copyright of Nintendo. We can't upload every page as it would be a free copy of the comic (like pirating movies). We can upload a few pages only if we use them to critique or analyze the comic. The other websites are probably in violation of copyright law or have been given permission by Nintendo and the publisher.

Fair use: The material must not be used in a manner that would likely replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media; our use of copyrighted material should not make it so that one no longer needs to purchase the actual product.-- Son of Suns

OK, I'll just make a (very) detailed storyline. 3dejong
