When used, [[Game Guy]] appears and forces the target to risk all of their coins on a game of chance. If a player owns a Lucky Charm, he or she could choose to use it on him/herself.
When used, the Lucky charm will summon [[Game Guy]] to which character the player chooses (even themself), forcing them to risk it all in a Game Guy mini-game.The main purpose of the [[Lucky Charm]] is 1 of 2 risky descisions:

The Lucky Charm. It is like a coin with a Game Guy face on it.

The Lucky Charm is a special item only found in Mario Party 3. It could not be bought in an item shop or won in an item game, only by buying an Item Bag at an item shop or meeting Toad on an Item Space.
