Arfur is a Doogan in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This Doogan once asked Lahla on a date. Swindell, a Bandit and one of Arfur's friends, is always whispering to him about something.
Arfur also has a trouble, in which he asks Mario the prices for a Fire Flower, Sleepy Sheep, and Tasty Tonic at the shop in Rogueport's plaza.
