Lavalava Island is an island in [[Paper Mario]] and is the holding place for the fifth Star Spirit. But something's happeneing in the volcano there, and it's a tough journey through this lava-infested place. The boss is Three lava Piranhas. Even when you think you've beaten them, you havent. You basically have to face them twice. Lavalava Island is an island in Paper Mario and is the holding place for the fifth Star Spirit.
