Cloud Mario is a new, powered-up variation of Mario that will appear in Super Mario Galaxy 2. Not much is known about the power-up currently other than that Mario can make clouds that act as platforms and walk on them.
You gain this power-up by grabbing a Cloud Flower, and each Cloud Flowers gives you three cloud platforms to disperse.
