The Blue Coin Shop.

The Blue Coin Shop is a place in Super Mario Sunshine. Two Tanookis run this shop. Whenever the player collects ten Blue Coins, the player can trade them in for a Shine Sprite. Shine Sprites acquired this way do not help to beat the game, but they can help in unlocking new levels or finishing the game with a 100-percent rating.

After Mario gets his third Shine Sprite, the house of the shop vanished for a Piranha Plant in the Generator to take its place. After Mario defeated it, the house rose out of the Goop again. Shadow Mario created a Rainbow Goop signature on the house's wall opening a gate to Ricco Harbor, the second level the player unlocks.
