Twila is a character who resembles the moon in the Party World. She gets into a fight with the sun, Brighton, in the game Mario Party 6. She controls the board for three turns and switches off with Brighton after the three turns are up. She also changes in some courses how much stars are worth, and sometimes she makes new passages open.

Once all pages in the Miracle Book are bought, Brighton and Twila see how much work everyone has done to fill the Star Bank. They both make up and promise to get along. As an award for their hard work, the sun and moon scatter the Stars across the sky, being seen miles away. And so, she ended her feud with Brighton. Twila, as well as Brighton, made an appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as stickers that can be collected. Twila also hosts Mini-Game Mode, Options Mode and the quiz game Speak Up.

Twila's name is a pun on "twilight", owing to her resemblance to the moon.
