This minigame, like all other [[Bowser]] minigames in ''Mario Party 5'', takes place on a purple mountainous statue of Bowser, this time on the head. Bowser [[Fire Breath|breathes fire]] at the fuse as it burns to the cannon. Subsequently, a firework shoots high into the air and explodes, starting the minigame.

As the fireworks rain down, players must avoid the flaming debris. Players must watch the shadows in order to avoid the debris as it falls. Even after it has touched the ground, it still remains there for about a second before disappearing. Players must dodge two waves of flames in this manner. Touching just one piece of debris eliminates the player. Any players that survive both waves of flames are safe from Bowser.
Players attempt to avoid the little pieces of burning debris as much as possible. The burnt debris slowly falls fall onto the ground and eventually, it will completely disappear. Players can also look at the shadows of the falling debris so players can dodge them more often. If the player touches one of the burnt pieces of debris when it touches the player's heads/touch them on the ground, the player get burned and got out. Player(s) that survive win.

Rain of Fire is a Bowser minigame found in Mario Party 5. Its name is a pun on the title of Disney's Touchstone film Reign of Fire.

This minigame, like all other Bowser minigames in Mario Party 5, takes place on a purple mountainous statue of Bowser, this time on the head. Bowser breathes fire at the fuse as it burns to the cannon. Subsequently, a firework shoots high into the air and explodes, starting the minigame.
