Dreamcap Captains are purple, supposedly layered Capnap-like creatures. They appear in groups with Dreamcapss and they are the force that makes sure they are able to attack. If the player defeats all the Dreamcap Captains in the Dreamcap group, the Dreamcaps will huddle together and one will run away with each turn. If all Dreamcaps are defeated and the Dreamcap Captain(s) is/are left standing, it/they'll summon four to five more Dreamcaps. They only appear in the Dream World in Mario and Luigi: Dream Team.
