Blue Hootz are uncommon enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. They are small, blue owl enemies that wear blue viking helmets. Unlike the Hot Hootz, they are always covered in blue flames that never go out. They function similarly to the Flaming Tiki Buzzes from Donkey Kong Country Returns/3D.
