Heart can refer to any of the following:
- Heart (item) — an item from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!; it's also an item from Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door which replenishes health.
- ♥ — a type of point from Yoshi's Story.
- Heart, the collectible found in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 and Virtual Boy Wario Land.
- 1 UP Heart — the heart-shaped equivalent of a 1-Up Mushroom, found in the Super Mario Land series and Donkey Kong for the Game Boy.
- Heart Point — usually referred to as "HP"; the health point indication system from various Mario RPGs.
- Spinning Heart — an object that the player can run through to restore health, first appearing in Super Mario 64. The faster they run, the more health they get.
- Ghost Heart — the hearts of ghosts in Luigi's Mansion.
- Small Heart — An item from Super Mario Bros. 2 that replenishes one slot in the player's Health Meter.
- Life-Up Heart — An item from Super Mario Odyssey that increases Mario's maximum health by 3, similar to a Life Mushroom.
