Spike Creatures are enemies that appear in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy. They are creatures with purple bodies and a nose or beak that is a slightly darker shade of purple. Their bottoms are colored green and they have small, skinny legs and webbed feet. They also have small, beady eyes and a set of four spikes on their heads. If Yoshi lands on the spikes, he will take damage. Additionally, some of them are seen walking in place, while others are able to walk back and forth. They cannot be defeated by any means.
